Usually setting up a Modular house includes a lot of active work from the customer’s end. With us, that is all taken care of by our Building experts – you just get updated on where we are with your order as we collect all the information we would need at the beginning of our work together.
We handle the entire process from beginning to end, from the moment we speak for the first time, to when your modular house is fully assembled and ready for use. We cover the design, manufacturing, logistics, and assembly – so you don’t have to worry about it, just enjoy the process of getting your dream home.
We offer the option of Self Assembly for all our modular houses, so if you want to assemble it by yourself, or with your own team, just let us know – that would change the price straight away.

The turnaround time for our off-the-shelf modular houses is between 4-10 weeks depending on the size. For bespoke orders it can take up to 16 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.

Yes, once you get your modular house you can sign up for our annual maintenance plan that includes services such as new external/internal paint and small repairs.
Yes you can, we have a furniture division, called Trident Furniture, and we can provide all the furniture that is shown in the Interior Design section, as well as bespoke orders.
Absolutely! Both our Garden rooms and Modular houses are assembled on foundations – either Ground screws or traditional Concrete foundation.
Either way forks for us! We can assemble the houses ourselves, and we would always advise so if you or your team do not have any experience with modular houses, but if you want to assemble it yourself or with your own team – no problem! Get in touch with us for more information.
