Overview
Garden Base is our entry-level modular garden building. Fast to install, well insulated and BOPAS-certified. Ideal as a garden office, art studio or teen retreat where you want a compact footprint on a small plot.
Available as Kit, Shell Assembled or Turnkey, the Garden Base can be specified with a range of external cladding finishes, glazing configurations and sustainable upgrades including air-source heat pumps and roof-integrated solar panels.
Three ways to buy
Each option is a defined package. Numbers move with your site and finishes, so treat these as the honest floor of today’s cost. Prices shown are for the smallest of 4 sizes.

Shell Assembled

We deliver and erect the weathertight shell on your site: walls, roof, windows, external door.
Option 03
Turnkey
from £15,690
Move-in-ready. Shell plus drylining, painting, LVT flooring, skirting, electrics, panel heater and prelims. No bathroom or kitchen.

Full-height glazing
Large fixed and opening sections to the garden elevation. Options for bi-fold or sliding door systems.
Open-plan living
Ground floor combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas beneath a galleried first floor.
Mezzanine bedroom level
Three bedrooms on a half-storey above the main living area with views into the double-height space.
Timber or render finish
Standard models available with dark-stained timber cladding or white through-coloured render.
Heat pump ready
Pre-designed to accommodate air-source heat pump with underfloor heating throughout.
Turnkey available
Full internal completion including kitchen, bathrooms, electrical and plumbing works on request.

Your building is manufactured and delivered to the agreed specification. Suitable for clients managing their own groundworks, internal finishing or who have existing contractors in place.
